🌱 How to Grow Kale Microgreens

Materials Needed:

• Microgreen tray (with drainage holes)
  

• Cocopeat or organic microgreen mix as growing medium

• Kale microgreen seeds

• Spray bottle

Steps:

1. Fill the tray: Add 1–1.5 inches of moist cocopeat or soil mix.

2. Sow seeds evenly: Spread kale seeds uniformly across the surface.

3. Mist lightly: Spray water to moisten the seeds.

4. Cover & germinate: Keep the tray covered (or stack another tray) for 2–3 days in darkness until seeds sprout.

5. Expose to light: Move to indirect sunlight or grow light after germination.

6. Harvest: Cut just above the soil line when the greens reach 2–3 inches tall.

Tips for Best Growth

• Maintain good air circulation to avoid mold.

• Avoid overwatering during germination.

• Use untreated, chemical-free seeds meant for microgreens.
